Dostall Farms has always been committed to raising all our animals in a humane manner. Even before the inception of the Ohio Livestock Care Standard Board in November 2009.
Our Husbandry Practices include:
- Animals alway have access to fresh clean water.
- Animals always have access to quality grasses & grains.
- Pens are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Manure is hauled away on a regular basis.
- No overcrowding of animal, plenty of space to grow.
- Rodents & Insects are controlled to prevent sickness.
