Deposit and Payment Schedule Policy

Dostall Farms requires a non-refundable deposit with your livestock order.
Once the order form has been completed, you will be re-directed to our secure checkout provider (Clover) where you can complete your order. Please note that payment can be made with Debit or Credit Card. Your order is NOT complete until your deposit is received by Dostall Farms.
After we have received your order and have scheduled the livestock for processing, we will contact you to notify you of the following dates (please see How to Order for more details on dates).
- Processing date (12 days before pickup date)
- Final payment due date (1 week after Processing Date, Monday before pickup date)
- Pickup date
If your order is canceled by you for any reason prior to your pickup date:
- Dostall Farms reserves the right to use any monies received to cover any losses incurred due to the canceling of your order.
- If the canceled order is resold and no losses are incurred by Dostall Farms, any monies received will be retained for three (3) months from the date the order was placed to be used towards the purchase of any product within said three (3) month period.
- If, after three (3) months from the date of the original canceled order, any monies still retained will be forfeited to Dostall Farms.
